id=\"en-1993-una-familia-poblana-decidio-emprender-en-el-mundo-de-los-alimentos-y-bebidas-abriendo-una-pequena-taqueria-en-la-calle-2-poniente-102-del-centro-historico-de-puebla-con-tan-solo-un-taquero-un-parrillero-y-una-mesera-comenzaron-a-atender-las-ocho-mesas-del-local-conquistando-poco-a-poco-a-los-clientes-con-la-atencion-y-el-inigualable-sabor-de-sus-tacos-al-pastor-y-a-la-parrilla\" data-block-id=\"b7a3e52\"><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">In 1993, a family from Puebla decided to enter the food and beverage industry by opening a small taquer\u00eda on 2 Poniente Street #102, in the Historic Center of Puebla.\nWith just one taco cook, one grill cook, and one waitress, they began serving the restaurant\u2019s eight tables, gradually winning over customers with their warm service and the unmistakable flavor of their al pastor and grilled tacos.<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-c056249 stackable-heading-justify\" id=\"el-esfuerzo-y-la-dedicacion-dieron-fruto-y-en-1997-se-inauguro-una-segunda-sucursal-en-una-hermosa-casona-colonial-en-la-2-poniente-105-alli-el-sonido-de-una-rana-en-la-fuente-del-patio-inspiro-el-nombre-que-hoy-nos-distingue-strong-el-patio-y-las-ranas-strong\" data-block-id=\"c056249\"><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">The family\u2019s hard work and dedication soon paid off, and in 1997 they opened a second location in a beautiful colonial-style house on 2 Poniente Street #105.\nThere, the sound of a frog in the courtyard fountain inspired the name that still defines us today:&nbsp;<strong>\u201cEl Patio y Las Ranas\u201d<\/strong>.<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-1deadd5 stackable-heading-justify\" id=\"hoy-strong-el-patio-y-las-ranas-strong-se-ha-consolidado-como-una-taqueria-tradicional-poblana-reconocida-por-su-receta-unica-de-tacos-al-pastor-su-ambiente-familiar-y-su-compromiso-con-mantener-viva-una-de-las-tradiciones-mas-queridas-de-la-gastronomia-mexicana\" unique al pastor taco recipe, its family-friendly atmosphere, and its commitment to keeping alive one of the most cherished traditions in Mexican
